How to add a meeting

  1. Create a wikipage for the meeting. Convention for location is a subpage based off this page, [[/<4-digit-year><2-digit-month><2-digit-day>]] (example: 20081022 for October 22, 2008).
  2. Add the following code to the wikipage so that your meeting will show up in the list below (replace YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM with the date and (UTC) time of your meeting - year, month, day, hour, minute).

[[Start date::YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM]]
[[Category:Test group meetings]]

  1. Add your agenda to the page
  2. Announce your meeting on the testing mailing list
  3. Hold your meeting
  4. Post notes to the meeting's wikipage
  5. Email the testing mailing list the meeting's URL again, reminding them to look at meeting notes there if they're interested

Upcoming meetings
