PO files are templates used to translate webpages using [http://www.gnu.org/software/gettext/ gettext]. A PO file is made up of many entries, each entry holding the relation between an original untranslated string and its corresponding translation. All entries in a given PO file usually pertain to a single project, and all translations are expressed in a single target language.

Below are the PO files used to translate the OLPC website. Our naming convention is to use the 2- or 3-digit [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ISO_639-2_codes ISO 639] language code as well as a redirect from pages using the English and native language in their titles, e.g., [[Hi PO]], [[Hindi PO]], and [[हिन्दी PO]].
